Once again, from other discussions, just because I don't sh1t the bed and become vitriolic, it does not mean the manager is above criticism. I have criticised him numerous times and will continue to do so where I deem fit. I'm sorry (I'm not) if I don't get as excited as your likeminded buddies on here who over simplify and lay everything negative at his door.

As I have also said before, when we win it isn't all down to PW, when we lose it isn't either.

Need a new manager up to sorting that out.
    I can work it out.

PW always worries about the second game when we have two in a row, Saturday and Tuesday like we have now.

He holds back players for the second game instead of picking his best side for the first game and letting the second game take its own course

    Hence REG being saved.

I think PW considered Portsmouth to be the tougher game of the two.

I think Freddie languid played and was still saving himself for Tuesday…

Freddie after yesterday I'd make a pre-season agreement to join Portsmouth next season a one way ticket there no return!

Viktor (when he isn't rushing out like a madman and trying too hard, just be steady like Vickers)

Harding (out and out RB, natural, links well with Ogbene)
Edmonds Green (no idea why he can't get in)
Ihiekwe (Be a defender, take the pressure off of him to find passes)
Ferguson (Do your stuff, be classy without the exertions of being the sole man on the left and it burning him out after 60)

Barlaser (Be the link from the defence to the rest of the team, find pockets and drop into the gap and receive the ball where the third CB usually would with the bonus of him actually being able to pick a pass)

Lindsay (for the next game at least, Ollie's bite has gone a fraction and that's huge for his game)

Wiles (pushed ahead of the other 2 CMs in the hole behind Smudge. Has proven this season he can be a threat from the edge of the box, can link up the play, can see a cute pass, the clever chip over the defence yesterday being case in point and can press from the front too)

Ogbene (can focus on attacking, has Wes to link up with, starting position higher up the pitch for counters and through balls etc where he is dangerous, not having to dribble 40 yards to get to the opposition's box)

Miller (Has pace, can press effectively, decent shot on him, can cross, lefty for balance, can link with Ferguson and can dribble the ball)

Smudge (up on his own but he may as well be at this stage anyway, all other strikers have issues that make me wince when thinking of choosing them. Will be ably supported by 2 wingers pushed up high and Wiles in the pocket)

This way we have a solid 4 at the back, 2 out and out wingers pushing the opposition back and the 3 in the middle may have more space to operate. If Fergie tires then move Miller back and bring on Tutu or give Bola half an hour at LB to do a steady eddy job.

We have to adapt. Enough of what I'm convinced by, it won't happen. Over and out.
That’s why someone to advice Warney this might be a good idea, I’m not asking for Warnock or any other to take over.
No good us fans saying owt because he thinks we’re fickle

His performance yesterday was a disgrace, yet he played the whole match

I half expected the drunks in the sponsors bar to give him MOTM

If PW needs someone to state the obvious with us being found out then we are in a bigger hole than we think. Surely the other members of backroom staff are saying the same? There's no way he should need outsiders to tell him. To call someone in would suggest something is wrong, if he admits this then it won't take too much working out what our biggest flaw is currently thus meaning he shouldn't need to do the aforementioned. Does that make sense? Creating quality opportunities are non existent.

The issue is, even with this protracted dip in form, the formation has got us to this point. The results have come off the back of playing this way so in many ways the numbers and stats says this formation works, because it has. To then move away from it could potentially look kneejerk (although I don't think it would) and as if we are abandoning what has worked for us. So his instincts are probably telling him to continue with what we have been training with all season and what has brought us to the cusp of promotion and the Cup final win last week. Trying to see it from his point of view.
