Why on earth would he stay at a club that doesn't want him ? I'm amazed anyone thought he might stay.

No, not one of mine, too small. It was moored alongside me last year in Plymouth for a night. Really nice family owned yacht with experienced owner. Their home marina was Torquay so they were in a famliar place. Probably a coincidence but they had just bunkered (Fuelled up) with 8000ltrs of diesel so it might be something to do with that. Witnesses said they heard a loud bang before the fire started.

Flying out to Montenegro on Monday to spend a few days on one of our boats that we manage... 106m 'Black Pearl', the largest private sailing yacht in the world. Will be going out on her for two days to put the crew through their paces and check out their emergency response proceedures.

I would do exactly the same if I was in his boots. Good luck to him.
Tbh if you think about it , he’d be better staying at a level he can be good at with us , any pace he had has gone and his age is against him.

I’d be surprised if a premier league club would give him an extended contract so he may get 12 months for example but I think any team would be foolish to give him longer.

I’d rather he stayed tbh as in the championship I think he’d be good for us.

Lovely country to visit. I always thought fjords were in Scandinavia until I visited Kotor. Friendly people , wonderful scenery. good climate. Love to go back there, great place. I envy you.

I wasn't aware of that Chris, but if he was and he turned it down it makes it obvious he wants away, or if he wasn't offered one, it's obvious the club want him away.

Either way, the obvious conclusion is that Ben is on his bike.

I would imagine it's all about the money, we'll be paying Ben top dollar and under ALK that will have to be vastly reduced, and he can take the cut, or leave.
