Exactly. Too many folk still with their heads buried in the sand unfortunately. The amount of departures from the club last summer clearly tells its own story.

Reading between the lines here Pass I think Chaplin didn't want to drop down in to league one personally and that was the crux of it .

I reckon they ( Conway ) saw the offer on the table from Ipswich and told Chaplin he wasn't wanted here so go .

Forced him out or led him out of the door .
