Strikers will get the headlines for scoring the goals, but got to give a lot of credit to Luke for this start, he seems to have made the big difference.

Definitely, he said he was big on that when he came in and we seem to have structure when and how to press.

This league is shaping up like the big European leagues - dominated by 3 bigger sides, Wrexham, Chesterfield and hopefully us.
It looks like 1, 2 or 3 of these teams are going to run away at the top

I posted very early in the season that I thought it would be decided by how the top 8 went on against each other but it looks like it might be the top 4 or 5. COYP

I think us and Chesterfield have to realise that Wrexham will be doing a Man City, so we'll be needing many repeats of today and Halifax. Looks like we're capable.

The double pair strikers with over 50 goals last season are doing it again, 2 for langstaff , 1 for scot, and 1 assist from scot - brilliant stuff

Oh and i coudnt resist Burchnall Forest green are losing again to Shrewsbury, has he even won a match for them yet haha

The best bit is they would have both questioned themselves if they could make the step up and to have put that to rest this early means they will be brimming with confidence already and that’s just what strikers need.
