Fantastic odds for an insurance bet.

In other Notts odds news , outright Notts Top 7 finish currently 1/500 , think that ship has well and truly sailed

League positions and current form suggest this game should be a walk in the park.
I've been following Notts since 1959. My first game was Notts v non league Bath City in the FA Cup. That was a game we should have won but finished up losing 1-0 and I had to watch it again that night on MOTD.
    But enough of this negativity.
This season under Luke Williams has been a revelation. If we lose (and I don't think we will) we'll recover and still go up. This is our year and Notts are now a formidable team that's feared and highly respected by all the others in The National League.
We will score 3 or more tomorrow without reply in front of at least 7000. Start believing if you don't already. The time has come.

I hope you're right with the second part of your post, but regarding the first bit I don't think MOTD was around in 1959.

Got a bad feeling about this one, should be cut and dry…but this is Notts. Hoping for a resounding 4-0, but head is saying something like 1-1 or 1-2, would be so typically us.

It was called Sports Special back then.

I think we all want to believe but worry that fate will punish it as arrogance. Part of me is always uneasy at predicting a Notts win. It’s like I’m tempting fate!

One of LWs hardest tasks is games like this, managing players not to get complacent or reacting to the dark arts.
