Oldham have not taken a single point against anybody currently top 9 (and they have played all of them).

Notts haven't failed to score away since going to Stockport last season.

Stall: Oldham far busier (than Monday), not allowing Notts much space.

Oldham creating the best chance of the game to score thus far with a ball right across the face of goal.

No surprise. Today was always going to be more difficult, not least because Oldham players have seen what we look like now and realise how much they need to be "at it" to compete. Persistence will be the key from our point of view, especially as the game wears on if they start to tire.

There's only one ground on which we've ever drawn a league game 0-0 on a Sunday.... yes, the temple of sin (1974).

Bostock looks like a passenger today.

Oldham look a different team today. Imagine the team meeting for Oldham after Boxing Day. Watching the game back, putting Stallards commentary on extra loud, all the criticism regards not chasing and tackling…
    Think it’s worked!

Oldham really grew into that game as it went on. That's the second half at Meadow Lane and the first half at Boundary Park where it's been 0-0. Oldham have shown much more fight, energy and effort in this game compared to Boxing Day.

Nemane and Cameron switched positions towards the end of the half, but it was Oldham who were closing the ball down and managed to look more threatening.

In the second half we need to be more threating in the final third and test the Oldham keeper far more.

Burch watch: FGR 1-0 ahead at HT and out of the bottom 4 as it stands.
