Thread: O/T:- Lis Truss is right

Yes off course she was right. Why blame yourself when you can apportion the blame elsewhere, Especially to the left.I'm sure Corbyn and Scargill will get a mention soon and everything that went wrong was down to Covid and those pesky Russians and Chinese, but definitely not,I repeat definitely not the fault of this Government or Mad Lizzy..

...jacket 2... Excellent summary. On this board, the lefties mock and scorn in order to discredit. Over control is a sign of weakness which ultimately fails, whether right or left. Our Parliament may be shambolic and weak but it's all we have; easy pickings for the WEF control mob and likely to be so for some time. Voting for politicians only encourages them. In the meantime, let's enjoy the football!

I thought Tories and their voters put a big emphasis on personal responsibility? Not a lot of responsibility being taken on here or elsewhere for the total sh!tshow of the last 13 years.

Doesn’t appear to matter that they’ve had the last 4 elections and one referendum go their way, it’s always someone else’s fault.

But leftist ideology is built on it always being someone else's fault.

It's never a case you are overweight, no the world is fat phobic
Didn't get the job because there was a better candidate, claim systemic oppression.

The list goes on. With leftists it is never their fault, the world just got it wrong.

This does not mean I support the Tories, to me both of them are scum of the earth. We don't have a voting system where you get to vote for your preferred candidate but rather where you vote against the one you really don't want to win.

If your list goes on, I hope it has better examples than something called ‘fat phobia’ or made up people complaining about why they didn’t get a job. Is there somewhere I can read more about this ‘leftist ideology’?

Have the people who support this ideology been in power for the last 13 years because if they haven’t your post is pretty much irrelevant.

Yeah, I'd love to be as open minded and tolerant as you on the right. If only I could have the compassion of someone like Jacob Rees-Mogg!

As Thomas Sowell put it "When people are presented with the alternatives of hating themselves for their failures or hating others for their success, they seldom choose to hate themselves".

This is why I have so much hate for Fword by the way. Otherwise I'd completely give up on Notts once and for all.

Not easy to accept I made the wrong choice in life, I could have stuck with watching Liverpool on TV or justified supporting Leeds United having spent some of my childhood up there. Still would have ruined this last weekend though
