    The Steve Cotterill derby.

Decent chance of making the third round to be fair (provided we can actually put a team out)...

And the Gay Meadow was the birthplace of the Wheelbarrow Song over 33 years ago:

The famous terrace chant was first sung 25 years ago, at Shrewsbury Town’s Gay Meadow on April 17th 1990.

The story if believed, some supporters may have different versions, begins with Town going 2-0 ahead against Neil Warnock’s Magpies.

Notts were struggling to find any rhythm in a crucial match as they looked to clinch a playoff position with seven games to go.

The home side began to sing a chant to the tune of ‘On Top Of Old Smokey’, however Notts supporters behind the goal interpreted the Shropshire accent into ‘I Had A Wheelbarrow, The Wheel Fell Off’. Thus the song was born and minutes later, Notts scored twice through Tommy Johnson and Kevin Bartlett.

Notts remained unbeaten until the end of the season and reached Wembley. The Wheelbarrow Song was sung under the Twin Towers as Notts beat Tranmere and stuck with the fan base all the way until the top tier.

The 2 wide players for Cray Valley look decent, one of them is Kevin Lisbies son.
