What I read didn't seem that bad? Called him a snake and said he didn't like seeing Notts in this position but is enjoying Maynard being well out his depth, I believe there must have been some issue between Barnet's manager Brennan and Maynard at Wealdstone?

Well, Brennan was the manager when Wealdstone went up to the NL as champions, Maynard was his assistant. Then Brennan left and Maynard took over, Brennan is now Barnet manager. That's in the public demain, the rest was personal stuff though not majorly offensive surely.

I sat with some Barnet fans on the train a couple of weeks ago for our postponed Bradford match.. they were slagging Maynard off big time as I think he was going to Barnet as assistant manager then changed his mind to stay at Wealdstone, and he managed to slag off Barnet as well, according to them
