Not really in to politics as they all promise the earth and don't deliver on them,my biggest gripe on the Tories is the cost of HS2,latest estimates are over £400 million per mile when it's completed, how many prisons, hospitals ,GP, and Dental surgeries and schools could be built with that kind of money?
Labour were just as wasteful when Gordon Brown sold off half of our gold reserves at a near record low.

As politics is full of bribery and corruption I’ve decided to sell my vote with a ten pound starting bid if anyone is interested,I’m willing to vote for any party as I’ve got no morals like a proper politican

Useful link for you (or anyone taking you up on your offer) Chalky.

Apparently "it’s illegal to offer bribes such as money or gifts, directly or indirectly, to persuade you to vote a certain way or not to vote at all". It's called electoral fraud.

    https://www.electoralcommission.org....lectoral-fraud

I've also attached a link to a firm of solicitors who may be able to help, especially if you express "genuine remorse".

    https://www.stuartmillersolicitors.c...ectoral-fraud/

The key section that may help you.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE MITIGATING FACTORS THAT MIGHT REDUCE THE ELECTORAL FRAUD SENTENCE?

Certain aspects of a case are known as the mitigating aspects which can influence the sentence that a judge gives. One of the factors judges consider in every case of this nature is the defendant’s level of genuine remorse.

The following are some of the other factors considered when the court decides which sentence to give. They will look at:

    Your previous convictions
    Your level of remorse
Your level of cooperation with the investigation
Whether the activity you took part in was originally legitimate
    Your reputation / good character
Whether you have any serious medical conditions that require long term, urgent or intensive treatment
Whether you have a learning disability or a mental disorder
Whether you are the sole or primary carer for related dependents

I'll be willing to help if you need a character witness.

I do seem to have made an error in judgement m’lud in what can and cannot be done with the vote that I have been given, tbh I was going to take the tenner for booze and not bother going down to the voting station in true Alan B’stard style,if it helps I’ve not previous convictions (well not for vote fraud anyway)I’m very remorseful at getting caught,my level of cooperation is that it was all Chaunceys fault and absolutely nothing to do with that fine upstanding gentleman Chalky who is an innocent bystander,I’ve of extremely good character and can provide several usernames of this forum to back it up,I am serious ill but I’m not willing to give medical records as proof you will just have to take my word for it,I was a carer up to two months ago but I’m willing to wheel him out of the home if it helps my case

It must be nearing squeaky bum time as I’ve had all three major parties and an independent pushing literature through my letter box recently with the Conservatives giving it a right knock on the door, the Lib Dems made a big point of their rep living in Arnold and the Tories making a point that theirs lives in Gedling which is our Borough and the independent lives in Redhill which is a mile away, where does the Labour rep live is the burning question around here,I’m not going to get to sleep tonight unless I’m told

I see that another Tory and a policeman are being looked into over insider betting and it would t suprise me if there are a few more politicans sweating it out hoping that they’ve not been sussed,I wonder how much they put down,I mean if you are onto a certainty you’re not going to just chuck a fiver down on it are you,not good timing for an already (presumably) stressed out Rishi

Totally corrupt most Tories, only in it for themselves, knowing they’re likely to get the elbow so out to make a few quid. And this one is the Conservative Director of Campaigning ffs. I wonder how he knew?
