Although to be fair, that is one of if not the most common last four line up across both national cup comps n the history of Scottish footy

Watt came on for well today, thought he'd be cup tied as he was a sub in the group stage

The new firm may not be the same as it once was, but I’d rather avoid united this early on in the season, for several reasons. 1. They are always up for playing the rangers . 2. They are an unknown force and have signed exciting players. 3. They just beat one of the best teams in the league! Dundee are another of the leagues best teams but at Ibrox in the cup, I cannae see them progressing.
Aberdeen are partial to an early exit to lower league opposition, but I think they will squeeze through. That only leaves pacific shelf , seems like they have the easiest tie. Falkirk did just beat united and hearts and may be a good side. I can see some dodgy referee decisions and a controversial win for the shelf.

Resets after group stage, if we needed Newman or Adams as an emergency keeper they would be available.

Motherwell game on Friday night 7.45pm kick off, live on Premier Sports. Not on the streaming service but on the Premier sports channel so I won't need to watch it on the fridge this time 😋
