I read it in a remote European Journal which concentrates on the top leagues in the main countries.

Basically it said that he and his agent were up for the move and he was adamant he wasn't going to sign an extension at Palace.

Also said about how much he was affected by the crowd supporting him at SJP during the international there and he was particular buddies with Gordon and a big admirer of Tripps.

As well as the above his agent stated he would be amongst the first on the team sheet here rather than the others.

Mostly agree, think he’ll stay and hope he stays, but there’s a lot of reasons why he might go… and I’d add that the club considering him going earlier in the window to meet PSR has got to be a bit of a kick in the nads.

If he did go (and again I hope he stays because I think he’s right up there) then it could only be for SILLY MONEY, to find a good few deals and we’d have Barnes to start and a replacement coming in with part of the money.

Can’t see it happening this summer mind, think the scousers will hold back and come back in Jan or June, and how that’s received will depend on how well we have done and how big the gap is for PSR.
