After the comments Eddie came out with while in Germany about having to see how the dynamic of the new appointments (Mitchell and Bunce) works out, then this kind of speculation/reporting was always gonna happen.

But after he came out with those comments, I don’t think you can definitively rule it out.

If he comes out and says it, I’d believe him, but if someone had reported him saying it already then I’d expect to see a comment from him on the subject to put it to bed.

Why not watch it???!! I’m not getting at you but there’s so much comment from people who don’t listen to the news from the club.

He said we tried to sign several players so this ‘all eggs in one basket’ theory isn’t true.
He also was asked about the Germany interview and he said all is well relationship wise at the club. The problem is PSR.

He said we could’ve signed 4 or 5 players but they wouldn’t have improved us (and f*cked us re PSR in the future. Makes sense.
