You will also be aware that I highlighted an error in the DSA Constitution dated 5th August 2023 and signed by the Chairman which a member of the DSA committee and a representative from a DSA affiliated supporters club stated that I must have an ‘out of date’ constitution.
Matt Edwards asked me to speak to him about this mistake after the AGM where he admitted that I was correct about the error in the DSA constitution which he would get corrected.
I was very surprised that none of the DSA representatives of their supporters clubs did not ask the DSA Committee members why they did not ask John Nelms during their meeting the Thursday before the AGM with him where the funding for the £95 million new stadium development was coming from.
This is the question that every Dundee FC supporter wants answered.

The 50th Anniversary League Cup was not a DSA event.
It was a Dundee Football Club event. The management of Dundee Football Club asked the DSA to organise and run the event on their behalf.
Jonny McInally made a speech at the dinner on behalf of Dundee Football Club.
You will also be aware that the Hall of Fame dinner on 17th November 2024 which is costing £60 per ticket for a 2 course meal is being organised by Dundee Football Club with assistance from the DSA.

    I can trump that.

I had the misfortune of being sat beside him at a DSA dinner. Its a case of ‘enough of me talking about me, lets hear you talk about me’.

I remember a hefty chap sitting next to me at a DSA Player of the Year dinner.

    I can see both sides.

Maybe it shud be just those clubs that are running buses that should get preference.

    Two tier Keir.

    Two tier DSA

    3 tier season ticket holder.
    For Islay benefit

Cost of 51 seater bus is £675 anywhere in Scotland agreement is we run bus to every match, to keep price at that, so full bus or 10 to a midweek Celtic match all the same, we pay £20 extra when we travel early
    We charge members £15 adult £10 U18’s,

Our memberships and bus sweepies go towards sponsoring youth and first team players as well as buying Dee Lotteries.

Surely we can’t be begrudged priority tickets.

You do not need priority tickets for an away game at Tannadice Park.

If people going to hospitality who are not a season ticket holder nor member of a club can get one, why shouldn’t a supporters club get them?

Surely there is nothing to prevent your supporters club charging a higher price for non members to travel on your supporters bus if you have spare seats.
It appears to happen at other Dundee FC supporters clubs as I have seen people posting on Facebook asking if any supporters clubs who have a bus going to an Away game have any spare seats on their bus. These people are likely to be willing to pay a higher price than a member for a seat on a supporters bus.
I am surprised that the DSA do not organise all the supporters buses for Away games for Dundee based supporters clubs which all depart from Dens Park before the game and return back to Dens Park after the end of the game.

Very fair pricing jdfc. Does membership of an affiliated supporters club cost a lot. I am hoping that this thread is being helpful to your cause.

I can see Islay's point of view. It would be interesting if the percentages of the away allocations that remain unclaimed were known. It seems that the specific example that Islay has used is not the norm, so maybe some alternative arrangement might work.

It does seem a bit more unfair for people who go to every away match to lose their ticket because of an increased demand from people who have not bought an away ticket during the season. Equally, someone, as in Islay's example, who travels independently should not lose out because of an inflated demand from DSA members.

Seems to me it should be possible to ballot tickets based on the number of away tickets a supporter has bought during the season to date.
