If ever there was a ‘job done’ game and result to quickly forget about then that was it. Only 1-0 but we were never in the slightest danger of conceding.

There was a moment in the last 5 minutes or so when their player got the ball on the left of penalty box but couldnt manage neither the shot nor the pass/cross.

I guess the team put ‘just enough’ effort yesterday

Eddie was clear in his post match presser.

Clearly we were professional, controlled the game, got the win in 90 mins. Job done.

We're not gonna be writing about classics in every match review.

Quite glad about that fact TBH. Underwhelming performances alter the psyche of our competition. They'll continue to think we're not that good this season. This will allow us to go on under the radar, collect the points and do our job without the spotlight on the mongs in the MSM.
