Who thought that was a credible charge when two former home secretaries, a law lord, a former solicitor general, three KCs, two very senior police officers and the nice man who works in Coral the bookmakers beneath my office all looked at my tweet and said it didn’t “come near the threshold” for criminal investigation?"

Why indeed was it escalated, Allison hints at the answer in her first sentence when she refers to 'any sane person', we're not dealing with sane people, we live in a lunatic asylum.
We have a guy behind the counter in our local Corals who can convert betting odds quicker than any speeding bullet.

Try having two Bobbies at your door at 7.30 am on a cold winters morning because you can't stand Crookes.

Ah yes BT, however, that was under a Tory government so it just wouldn't happen now under your lot. After all, your confrontation must have added greatly to the supposed ?22 billion black hole which Labour never stop talking about at every opportunity. I do wonder who they are trying to convince.

They can't lose. They won't lose. So just give the hostages back, abandon the lunatic idea that you can defeat Israel militarily, and let the poor buggers in Gaza start to get back to some sort of normality. Up to Hamas really, as I've been saying for months, they could end it tomorrow.

Anyway, I'm glad to see you're speaking to me again, I missed the name calling and the abuse, all part of politics innit.

I wonder how many police hours were involved in investigating this grave threat to our national security?

"Six people have been charged with being members of a proscribed terrorist group after a series of Metropolitan Police raids in London.

The six suspects were charged on Monday after being arrested in connection with alleged activities linked to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).

The charges came after an extensive investigation by Met detectives, with all six individuals due to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court later today.

A seventh person who was initially arrested as part of the investigation has been released without charge." That was not me incidentally.

    More Two Tier Justice.
