I thought it was touch and go as well but let?s face it, keepers get away with merry hell and rarely get severely punished.

How bout when Gordon absolutely minced Fletcher but because he broke his own leg we got **** all.

Also the same game Shankland got a pen in last minute for **** all and VAR didn't even look at it.

Very happy with the points on the board at this point of the year. Hopefully we can keep this up over the winter period as historically we have taken a dip around christmas time. A very well ground out victory and once again, highlights that the time is working well together. Not pretty but effective!
I hear what you say about dip in form history but this group of players seems much more together and resilient than many we've seen in the past. If we do have a dip it's more likely because of the crazy schedule of fixtures due to international breaks. If we can keep injuries to the minimum we have a chance of being competitive during that period but if we lose key players it would be a worry.
Not many posters commented on the late Dec/early Jan fixture congestion thread but I think they will be once we get into it because it's ludicrous. I need to check but I think at one point during that period we play twice in 48 hours.

Not seen the game so can't comment on the performance, but I'll take that result every day of the week! Sounds like some debatable decisions but again, I'm happy to see us getting the rub of the green for a change. Building a healthy position for ourselves now, top six looks a genuine possibility and Europe doesn't look unachievable either. Jim Goodwin's Tangerine Army! 🧡🖤🧡🖤🧡

Another great three points today. Hopefully keep it going and if we can play a better style of football as the season goes on then even better.
Loving the St Mirren tears btw, cries of cheat against the officials and our players. Don't give a monkeys whether they've cause to complain.

As an aside, all of our goals against St Mirren this season have been scored by center backs, impressive at both ends of the pitch as all three games against them we haven't conceded a goal. Well done lads, keep it up!

Another late Injury time goal. Don't know why Var getting involved in that second pen looking at the highlights, it's barely a foul, barely a yellow, definitely not a red.

Dunno what the pundit, thommo and faddy have been smoking on sportscene, the Moult pen was a stonewaller,Fraser impedes him and holds him stopping him getting a shot away, clear pen

Holt one was soft but it's a pen, Fraser boots his calf missing the ball and is not like he didn't know Holt was there

Still think Walton was a yellow as he pulled out a bit, not like he kicked him with force either, could have changed the game but I didn't think it was a red still don't

Don't remember them being so passionate in sportscene when they got the pen for nothing last year at Tannadice

They hate us, it's great us doing well irks so many, they loved putting the boot in too

We were poor today and they looked far more comfortable on the ball; whether that’s our style to allow them to play, I don’t know! Gogic was made to look like Baresi!

Walton arguably a red, probably should have been, but have seen Gordon at Celtic and Hearts get off with similar or worse. Penalties were pretty soft, but any other team would be shouting for the same; perhaps our turn for rub of the green? Fraser sending off was a joke imo!

I’ll take the points playing crap and winning is no bad thing. For me Babunski is wasted on the left, get him central, others could have been substituted before him; he is just not being given the chance to show his potential.

We will need to up our game in general and whilst Celtic are the hated ‘free hits,’ they’ll likely murder us if we play as bad as we did today.
