We are the biggest sellers in the EFL , not only do we sell players at the drop of a hat we always sell and make profit out of any successful HC , that is another reason for constantly repeating the replacing of a HC , if one has a sticky patch they get rid , if one does well then we sell him to a rival club, we have absolutely no continuity and gradually this process produces a weaker squad year in and year out , if this continues we will be in the 4th division within 2 to 3 seasons , this has to stop but it won"t, lets be fair this lot would sell the tea lady if McDonalds made a bid . !!

Shads - stop living in dream land and start listening to the club and sports reports from the club.

You could level such arguments against previous owners - but it is extremely unfair to accuse the current owners of selling at the drop of a hat.

Last season we sold our club captain on the final day of the transfer window for ?4 million and replaced him with a centre back from non league who now plays in division z in Scotland , I am sure this is fact or have I just dreamt it ? None so blind as them that cannot see !!!

You couldn?t have picked a better example of why Barnsley can not be labelled a selling club.
Unless of course you believe the club refusing to sell until they were offered 5.5 million for a player they bought 12 months earlier for 200 k is in the realms of ?a drop of a hat?.

I could not pick a better example of a selling club once again selling at the eleventh hour and replacing with an inferior player and this example just highlights why the decline is happening , if you continually sell your better players you are indeed a selling club and also suddenly inflating the price from ?4million to ?5.5 at a stroke of a pen does alter what has happened in the past and will continue to happen in the future , we are indeed a selling club, incidentally there is nothing wrong with that , what is wrong is some who are in denial and refuse to believe what is actually happening , we are in decline !!!
