In my opinion, hey can't sell the A shares or use their ownership to enforce their entrenched rights. They can't sell, unless the Dee4life members voted for that, and imo they know that no matter who they propose John Nelms will not accept their Nominee. To be honest, I have not seen any official statement that this is actually what John Nelms thinks, but I have never heard anyone say anything different.

Any action to enforce the rights would appear to require a legal process and imo, the Dee4life Board consider it wrong to fight the club over these issues. I agree.

There are a few posters on here who disagree, and it is quite reasonable for them to express these views.

Hopefully, the stadium will be built, the club progresses and the support for both the club and Dee4life grows.
    Hopefully.

    You just can't hope.

Nelms and D4L are basically invisible.....they have no intention of growing anything

That's a point of view. I think both John Nelms and Dee4life are trying to grow our club, just not together, at this moment in time.

Season after season fall in season ticket holders......he ain't trying hard enough.

Do you know that in their submission about new stadium it says they hope to get extra crowds of 500......now considering the away end will be almost up to double what it is now.....that's no very ambitious....is it

Dee4Life?s role is to represent all Dundee FC supporters whereas the DSA committee are only interested in looking their affiliated member clubs.
Anyone Dundee FC supporter can join Dee4life but only members of a DSA affiliated supporters club can be part of the DSA.

I resigned as a Dee4life director in January 2023 as I thought it was wrong not to tell the Dee4life members what had happened regarding the nomination of Kenny Valentine as the Dee4life Primary representative. A majority of the Dee4life board of directors 5-3 voted in favour of not telling members until eventually they had to tell them in September 2023 eight months after the vote and my resignation.

I will repeat what I have recently posted.
Rules 79-82 of the Dundee Football Club Limited Articles of Association dated 13th August 2013 which FPS including John Nelms agreed to state that the Dee4life board of directors nomination of their Primary representative to be elected to the Dundee Football Club Limited board of directors must be accepted by the DFC Ltd board of directors.
The nomination by the Dee4life board of directors Secondary representative can be rejected by the DFC Ltd board of directors three times but they must accept the nomination of the fourth person.
    To put things into perspective.
    John Nelms can refuse to accept the nominations of;
    1. Noahrab
    2. BCram
    3. Islaydarkblue
but he must accept the nomination of Returnofrros as the fourth person nominated by the Dee4life board of directors as their Secondary representative on the Dundee Football Club board of directors.
In my opinion the Dee4life board of directors should stop p u s s y footing about and submit their nominations for their Primary and Secondary representatives to be elected to the Dundee Football Club Limited board of directors directly to Tim Keyes by email and bypass John Nelms.

    Wrong again.
I was not thrown out of Gardyne as my wife and I walked out the Main Door.
It was John Nelms who stated a pack of lies about our visit to Gardyne on 5th October 2022.
    Please get your facts correct.

The minutes of the Dee4life AGM held on Saturday 11th November 2023 which Dee4life members received last week before last Saturday’s AGM are very interesting.
Matt Edwards who is the treasurer of the DSA and a Dee4life member stated that the DSA ask questions to John Nelms and they get answers but he and John Burke admitted that they (the DSA committee) only ask questions about ticketing and maintenance etc rather than about the stadium or finances.
