If he was / is employed by Football Radar then he may well have 2 'jobs' - Director at Notts and employee at Football Radar. That may be more difficult to untangle.. unless.. Maybe the Bros see an opportunity to sell their software to another club? Then he would be the perfect candidate. Who knows, we can't influence it so we will have to see how it pans out. One thing is certain, the Bros and Montague are good at succession planning, so if he does go, there will be a plan in place for a good replacement.

I think the only time they have been caught out was the time Jason Turner sadly died, but even then they kept the ship steady whilst they found a replacement (who also seems to be doing a good job). I'm not worried whatever happens.

Swansea's Director of Football left last October. According to a Wales Online journo a replacement has been recruited but cannot be named until March due to ongoing commitments.

Possibly the fans group were on a fishing expedition because of that info.

I am sure there are other models out there but if what you mention happens then there would be a direct conflict of interests with Radar. Which club would they put Radar priority on.

I don't believe they sell the software they use. They sell the stats they get from their software to football clubs and betting companies.

I really don't see what RM would be doing at Swansea without the brothers being there as well. It look like they see him as a DoF but that isn't his job at Notts.

It's very unlikely that a Swansea fan would have any understanding of the set-up at Notts, particularly one so stupid that he states 'No more clearer'. He's just guessing, adding two and two and making five. I couldn't help reading the post in a South Wales accent. And then an English person came into the pub and he started speaking in Welsh.

It gets even better. This fan group rang up the main number at Meadow Lane and asked the receptionist if Montague was leaving for Swansea, they said they'd call back. They called back with an emphatic "No" and said fan group said they should put out a press release, which we have promptly ignored because, well why wouldn't we. This has them saying it obviously now happening... Think they've been at the sheep dip a bit too much

Would they need to prioritise one club or another or just provide the software / model to use? I'll be honest I don't know how it works, so it may not be a bit of software as such. If he did leave I would expect he would also have to leave Football Radar anyway, which may be a bigger issue.

That makes sense. I can't see it happening either - he is too entwined in what we do, and probably wouldn't be as effective elsewhere without all the other stuff.
