I am very angry at that disallowed goal

The overall performance I thought was good against a decent team in form

If we had that goal we win the match - stop Hibs time wasting and breaking up the game at the end

We have had a tough run of fixs and this game and killie match stolen by the officials

Let?s stick together and keep fighting for third place

    Wingers! Wingers!

    Fullbacks must be knackered!

If you are losing you don?t put on midfielders; who provide little creative threat, especially one that has just returned from injury! Campbell, just not sure!

We lost that game in a ten minute period not including the disallowed goal, which would probably have seen us win.

Paton is not a pacy striker we were promised. Bowie is though and great finish for their second!

Officiating appalling. Saw at least 2 blatant pushes in the back within 30 secs that went unpunished as well as the corner that never was in only one man?s opinion. VAR, as soon as I heard McDiarmid as that official, I predicted we would get nothing, it seems they were just looking for an excuse to deny us anything! Anything to do with withdrawal from that ?discussion group? or west coast punditry examining previous decisions in our favour?

I need an explanation of the offside rule as a few of us were right in line for their third and both players involved looked a mile off as did the linesman (again appalling).

Yes win ugly or at any cost, but at least try and inject some creativity to give us a better chance! When you see Ross Graham ( he played well imo) tanking up the wing in final minutes; something isn?t right.

Having worked so hard to get to where we were, we can?t allow at least a top 6 to fade. The fans have backed the side and deserve better.

We never lost that game because for anything JG done or didn't do. It's 100% down to terrible officiating and this is the very reason why I hate VAR so much, especially here in Scotland. All it's doing is allowing more sub standard officials to be involved in deciding the outcome of matches. It's poor it's driving fans from the game.

What a massive decision and no way that was a handball

A ridiculous decision to get involved, it's only supposed to change a clear and obvious error

There was nothing wrong with that goal

Robbed us and you have to think between that and the killie game that something isn't right about what's happening to us

They don't want us to get the European position for some reason?

    This 100%

I don't get the JG stuff, he should have had 6pts or minimum 4 from these two games (imo we'd have gone onto win) and either way that would be enough for 3rd right now, we should have a 6pt gap on Hibs

Officials that may or may not have an agenda are deciding the outcome as you say

    VAR needs scrapped

I agree the team tactics were not the whole reason for the loss; the poor officiating both on the pitch and in 'cluster (VAR) HQ,' was the principle reason. However; although we will never know, the use of the likes of Middleton may have introduced; a different dimension (i.e. pace) to our play. You say on another thread that you as well as others wonder why neither he nor Trap etc, are not playing.

FWIW i am grateful for what Goodwin has done to date and given at the beginning survival was key this season, he has exceeded expectation for most of us. Bottom line we lost, but i would expect Gollum to be having word with those f***ing idiots officiating last night; that was heading towards McCurry levels of bias or 'innocent mistakes!'

During all of this not a single Hibs player attempted to cheat by claiming for a penalty, handball or any other dubious event unlike the officials at the game. Of course this will all be swept under the ever growing carpet of obfuscation

Dalby is good at getting on the end of crosses yet we don't seem to want to play the wingers? Manny and Strain have let their performance levels dip, in doing so they need to be taken out of the team. Competition for places is what you want and keep playing them is doing no one any favours. VDS has to start instead of Paton.

Last night’s officiating was beyond ridiculous but then again when you’ve followed United as long as I have, this really is nothing new. From Luggy’s screamer at Hampden, to Fergie’s disallowed goal v St Mirren, to Syme letting Nijholt away with everything short of murder in 91, to the same incompetent oaf not giving Paddy Connolly’s screamer and letting the defender pick up the ball in the box, to Kenny Clark with the Huns in the 2008 Final, to McCurry just a few weeks later at Ibrox, to Collum sending off three players at Tannadice, the list just goes on and on and on and on. But of course, we’re just terribly unfortunate and they really are simply all just honest mistakes………………..

I wish I believed they are all honest mistakes but I don't

I don't believe last night was an honest mistake by McDermid on VAR, there was no need for him to get involved or push for it to be disallowed once they couldn't show an offside or handball and that's twice Dickenson has reffed us this month where arguably the officials have decided the outcome, not in our favour

Last night takes the biscuit though, such a pivotal moment in the game and if we do end up missing out on Europe or top six by a 2-3 pts then they may have cost us a lot of money, a few mil in the europe scenario

Do they just want it to be a Hibs/Sheep/Hearts that get the pot of money or not like Utd, there is bias going on somewhere, something not right about that last night, the whole thing stinks

Also feel for Dalby being robbed of another goal in his tally, he would still be clear as top scorer in league
