That in itself is a highly significant and important statement.

We don?t employ managers anymore we employ HCs.
This is so managers can?t bring in their own players.
And the club wants the HC to play a certain style.
All of this is basically to maintain CONTINUITY within the club.
This allows HCs to come and go but the players remain the same and the playing style remains more or less the same.

However, the club will know that they have made massive mistakes by bringing in 2 HCs in Collins and Clarke that have decimated that identity.

The playing style of the club could be seen in its purest form when Ismael was here.
We have no identity now - watching the team when Ismael was here and what we are witnessing now is chalk and cheese.
    There is no comparison.
The current players just run around like headless chickens.
    No pattern - No organisation.

It?s going to take a very strong HC to get the club back on track.

Don?t blame Hourihane for today?s performance.
That performance was made over the last two seasons.
If I owned a company and practically all of my employees failed to do their job and were costing me millions of pounds every year whose fault do you think it would be ?

Yesterday’s game was just another demonstration of the state of the football club.
No different performance, no new ideas, and a clear message that we haven’t any real hope of running through the last nine games into sixth.
The goalkeeping situation demonstrates the sheer incompetence in the running of the club, (and I though Flavell yesterday) did really well, considering he probably was in the mindset when sat on the bench of “just a trip out”.
Killip, far from being a world beater was a decent keeper, he was probably enjoying the best spell of his time here when he was sold, for the club to bring in a Loanee…..
We are left with one goalkeeper, who has 1 game at this level for the rest of the season.
Just why we brought in a loanee when we could have recalled Smith or Flavell to understoody Killip in the first place is beyond me.
We bring a striker in, in January who clearly isnt good enough, and Lewis isnt fit.

The Hourihane situation was painted on the minute he signed, and his mindset will probably be “do well here for nine games, and then get out and get a first team coach’s job elsewhere next season”
He should get the hell out of here for his own career good asap.

In an interview after the game, Benson said the players had ?only two training sessions this week?????.. if i were the boss of a company I would also make damn sure my employees were on the grass more than twice in a week!

Obviously it?s not ALL of the employees.
    It?s one maybe two.
But the owner has to take full responsibility of employing that person because that decision has totally derailed the club.
I?ll be shocked if Sormaz is here in the summer.

But in saying that - we have an owner putting ???millions into the club and it?s clear he is desperate to see the club succeed - but he?s clearly made a huge mistake employing Sormaz.
I know it?s against the general consensus but I still think Neerav is an excellent owner that will come good.
