It doesn't necessarily mean we've offered him a contract that he is likely to sign! It's pretty clear that we can't afford a squad of 20+ players all on 5K+ per week so we're going to have to fill it out with a number of 1K per week potential 'bench warmers'.

If Kayode signs then that means we have 4 strikers for next season, maybe looking to bring in 1 more.
Wonder if they are expecting any bids for Nombe, or if they are hopeful of JCH or Hugill going, and that's why they have offered Kayode a deal.
Though wouldn't want to rely on JCH or Hugill.

Spot on - neither are league standard. Proven in front of our eyes this season and yet they are offered new deals. No ambition from Stewart. Time he was gone

Surprised Jake Hull has been released. We've struggled with fit CBs for a while now and if CAM and HAKS disappear, we may find ourselves short again. Hull always performed well in the games in which I saw him play.

Holmes has potential and is worth keeping to see if he can develop further and turn into a financial asset.
