The Government needs to explain why this family from Syria was allowed to remain in Britain in 2006.
There was not much trouble in Syria back then.
    On another note.
In my opinion there are too many people being released on Police bail in the U.K. who have gone on to commit further crimes.
If Jihad had been remanded in jail this terrorist attack in the synagogue in Manchester yesterday would never have taken place.

Lammy thought folk were going to listen to his utter drivel in Manchester, hounded off stage, hopefully out of office soon.

Is Jihad a standard name? Jihad, an Arabic word meaning "struggle" or "effort," refers to two primary types of struggle in Islam: the "greater" (internal) jihad, a personal struggle to live virtuously and spiritually improve oneself, and the "lesser" (external) jihad, a struggle to defend Islam, which can involve armed conflict under strict ethical conditions, but never justifies terrorism or forced conversion. Therefore, jihad is far more than just "holy war"; it encompasses a wide range of efforts, from personal piety to social reform and legitimate self-defense.
It seems there is much more meaning attributable to the word than just a "holy war" which is what I thought it meant.
