As stated in the YP the injury problems have been around a few years and that is down to the club not recruiting properly and not managing the playing assets properly. So in answer to the question what did we want when MH was removed, I wanted the club to deal with it's failings in those areas, to bring in an experienced manager at this level who got the January window to adjust the squad and to give us a chance of staying up. MH needed to go in December when his poor decision making especially in-game decision making was plain for all to see. Getting rid of him now is nothing but a gesture to angry fans and therefore the appointment of Clark for 9 games makes perfect sense. TS leadership has been shocking in the last few years, surrounded by inept management and you reap what you sow.
