Who would have won the league this year if McInnes had taken the Sevco job?
Did I nae read a post here recently, where there was some discussion regardin the period o' time an individual had spent away from the hunnery, to be considered 'non-contageous'? .... Alex McLeish onybody?![]()
Can anyone begin to imagine another season with McWinless at the healm, jeezuz fkn wept that would be a disaster and a half, we had an OK start to this season and thank fk for that as if it were not for that start then right now we would be in a relegation scrap which one goal in 9 games deserves to be.
we need to bring in the management team now and give Lennon the remainder of the season to figure out what he wants to do during the close season and for the start of next season.
Will cost us some money to get rid of our resident hun but Lennon will be free, and can do a job for us, we will give him the gig for a two year contract maximum and then after 18 months be able to tell if he deserves an extension or not.
Neil Lennon will be our next manager.

If Milne is still calling shots at Aberdeen then you could well be right that Lennon will be our next manager. The Americans want Klinsmann but they are only the money men and not the people that hang around our boardroom on match days.
We know if Lennon gets the job then Milne is still the real boss (he was definitely wanting him when McInnes was considering going to Ibrox). If Klinsmann gets the job then we know the Americans have thrown their weight but that will probably mean a total buyout of the shares of Milne. As far as we can gather no one else is being considered.
If McInnes is still in charge next season I’ll be giving up watching the games. I’ve suffered enough.
I actually don’t know who we should get to replace him but at this stage id actually take anyone rather than him.
I do think you’re right in saying it’ll be someone who is currently out of work as we’ll not be paying compensation in the current climate alongside paying mcinnes off.
Of course you have to find someone who's keen to come and live in Scotland.
I suggested the Ferencvaros manager a couple of months ago.
But then he would have to want to give up Budapest for Aberdeen.
Andrassy Avenue or Union Street?
Hmmm, well Andrassy is fairly lacking in bookies, that's for sure.
Secondly, and I suspect this to be the major problem in the past, Scottish players.
Pubs, Bookies (back to bookies again) capering about in training (I've made that one up but lets change it to "attitude")
The minute they try to impose a strict regime then they lose the dressing room.
Get a German, let him take some German youth with him, change the culture, watch the results.

If we could get one to come over, I wouldn't say no.
