Not sure where you're getting it from that he's spent most of his time in non league. That's not right at all if what I've just read is correct.

Evans was scattergun in his signings last time. Some might say "too impulsive."

9 years down the line, he will have learnt a lot and will be more refined, but has he fully tamed his "impulsiveness"?

There will be a lot of signings (mainly through necessity). Not all will work out.

I'm reasonably confident, and it's all looking pretty good on paper, but the jury is still out for me. Let's see how the first half of the season pans out. One thing's for sure, it won't be boring!
