The more you hear about Alex Ferguson style of management which imo is SIM to Evans, the more you would have to say yes Evans style would work with seasoned pros.
Looking back at some of the seasoned pros we have had under Evans in the past you have to say he obv knows how to handle them and you could argue with the success we had over those 4 seasons he got the right tune out of most

Having listened to Nardiello talk about playing under both of them, his style of management sounds nothing like Alex Fergusons to me.

Wonder if he will be pissing in the sink again?

I would just add that we have a transfer window opening up in just over a month.
SE would have the chance to legitimately wheel and deal then

With regard to SE I think if we really wanted him and he wanted to try again with us he would be here by now, regardless of Tone,s jollies abroad. So I’d be very surprised if he did eventually become our manager again.
However, I think he would give us a very good shot at surviving if he did

I can’t imagine Sir Alex pissing in the sink or sh*tting up his own back. Can you?

Well according to the latest TS interview we haven't even really started yet and in fact the one thing we have done which is create a short-list we are thinking of changing because some others have come in late. As i have said on other TS posts, I am a big fan of his and very grateful that we have him as a chairman, but this new manager process is sounding a little amateurish to say the least. I do like his honesty though, saying he had other matters that he had to deal with before this and he left the staff to do the preliminaries. For me there doesn't seem to be a rush and we seem happy to let 2 or 3 games go with WC in charge, if we are to stay up every game is crucial we are 4 points adrift of 21st and 7 adrift of where we finished last season and a far worse goal difference, we need the manager in as he needs to see what he has and build a squad plan for 1st January not the 1st February. I still think if WC gets a decent couple of results and/or performamces out of the next 2 games he will be appointed as a cheap option, we will then be told "after we considered all the candidates, we didn't feel that any of them could do better than Wayne and his team, they know the players and we think that is crucial to the goal of staying in the championship"

I personally hope that doesn't happen and that Wayne and his crew will rejoin Taylor back at Exeter. After yesterday's mullering that could be imminent

They're not in the Championship though and that's a big difference.
I think Evo is working at the level that suits him best.

Wayne Carlisle and the two coaches have had a ringing endorsement from Viktor so maybe he is a serious candidate.
He certainly wouldn't do his cause any harm if the team manage to get something from the game at Hull.

The same Viktor that won’t be with us come January?
