So the next question from me is: what does arbitration mean?

we tried to get case dismissed but judge believes arbitration at SFA is required. So lets be honest hearts and thistle illegally went to court with two fingers up at SFA and their articles. Cant see them giving one fvck about their request and may even fine them

SFA to decide if relegations stand or not. There will not be a hearing on stopping promotion. So they could be granted a stay of execution and would be upto SPFL to reconstruct or have an odd number in leagues. This is a good outcome.

is anything 100% with SFA? but pretty close to it I would say. Await a statement from SFA for clarification later today. Could be as early as Monday.

if vote was found to be rigged or foul play there could be a further vote or spfl decision or sfa advice or something. I hope they throw the book at hearts

Basically the Judge sided with the SPFL that it should go to the SFA. It could still go to court and the Judge didnt dismiss the case as our QC wanted. It does though reduce the prospect of it going to a full court session as Court less likely to go against a SFA Arbitration decision.

Jambos kickback has gone to members only so I assume meltdown.
