    some more defensive cover would be helpful and perhaps another forward - look forward to seeing who comes in - early August not looking so far away now...

    Grist, if it helps put your mind at ease over defensive cover, I thought Jake Hull had a very good game last night.

    Looked extremely confident throughout the game and is aerial presence was good to watch.

    They say blood them if they’re ready, I believe this young man is ready for first team action.

    Maybe, but that's not really been our plan in the past. Usually it's ship them out on loan and get a loan player in.

    Risky strategy playing a youngster (particularly in the Championship) but if Warne plays him I would prefer it to be for "one game too many" than "one game to less", in effect a reasonable run, home and away to assess him.

    I agree but Wood shouldn't be here it clogs system up it stops flow of young players like Hull progressing.
