Test cricket has gone crazy, but in a good way! When did you regularly see a scoring rate approaching 5 runs per over in a test match? England have made an almost impossible target look very gettable, and even if it goes tits up tomorrow I'm loving the attacking approach.

Gawd, what the Hell is happening to English cricket, it's unnerving.

Laughing Magpie, who has been left out, as this is the first ODI. The pitch looks to have some variable bounce, so see if it remains the same when India bat.

Meanwhile, the other Notts blew a promising position against Glamorgan by losing 6 wickets for 30 runs in 11 overs and finishing up with a first innings deficit. This after electing to bowl when winning the toss, bat first unless there's a really compelling reason not to and in this case there wasn't.
