Think so, so those benefactors lose out now, Hearts & Partick directly later with any fines, and assuming relegation upheld, the finance drop next term!

Yup. Question remains though what happens now? Not sure if Arbitration will have to sit and make judgement on this before the number of teams in the Premiership is decided? Which would have obvious impact on the fixture list.

There are a list of people who sit on these panels,Hearts and Partick say we fancy Mr X,the SPFL say Mr Y will favour us.Mr X and Mr Y then look at a list of names and select Mr/Mrs Z who has years of experience in legal matters and he/she is appointed chairman of the panel.

They then look at all the evidence and decide the outcome.

How about ‘Mr A, with property in Aberdeen’. Allegedly he is someone very upfront, truthful and as honest as the day is.

If the SFA has a representative on the panel then I vote Malky.

Then the racist misogynyt can take the managers job on Monday when our promotion is rubber stamped!

Our promotion will not be in doubt now, can't see any possible justification for that. Hearts and the other ****s will end up with compensation of some sort but not in the amounts they were hoping, football will not bankrupt itself for their cause. I would however be absolutely gutted if these ****s get to stay up through forced reconstruction, completely unjust in my opinion. Also I'll have the fear that in that eventuality the would then come back trying to nab Shankland too just to get the final say. As I've said repeatedly, **** Hearts to death!!

It's reported Hearts get to choose one panel member and the SPFL get to choose the other two or three, however many it is.
