Find it disturbing that we apparently made £750k + off LW and Harley and nothing has been reinvested so far today.
Starting to question the position we are are, are the owners really as ambitious as they say given our current league position and that everyone around us is strengthening with quality yet we can’t even name a fit striker on the bench and we are shipping goals quicker than the titanic sank.
    Just a personal opinion.
I think the owners will view this season as one of consolidation, especially as LW has left halfway through. We will obviously lose ML & JJ in the summer so I suspect we will have a significant budget in the summer with a view to aim for promotion next season.

There's no such thing as consolidation in football. You have to strike while the iron is hot. Remember when we lost in the playoffs to Coventry. We were favourites to go up the next season. We were relegated instead.

That is my mindset as well. We could have a mare next season and regret not taking advantage of where we are now. But I'm not paying the bills so what I think doesn't matter.

I watched Leicester play Swansea the other night, that Daka is absolute garbage….could see Macca playing in that team scoring an absolute hatful, even in the championship. He’d also have Vardy to learn from, similar kind of players.

If Leicester or Boro put in a 3m bid this evening I reckon it’d be good bye 👋

A couple in for Wrexham - Luke Bolton from Salford and Jack Marriott from Fleetwood.

Anyone who follows the lower leagues know anything about them?

The club is much more relaxed and considered than it’s ever been when it comes to player recruitment. It could be that the right players aren’t available now or for the right price.
Personally, I’m delighted with the window… being able to watch Macca and JJ among others at least until the end of the season is a huge positive.
The only worry is Boro and Langstaff, they’ve sold a striker today for 10m and will be looking for a another, I think he also supports them.

Jack Marriott was quite a big name a few years ago at Peterborough but he's slowly dropped down so not really the name he was or what Wrexham will hype him to be, you have to question why they need another striker, haven't they now got 5 in that position?

Unless I'm hallucinating, we've signed that Jatta bloke. Went to 'x' a few minutes ago, saw the post announcing his arrival, but when I clicked on it, the post disappeared. It had only been live a couple of minutes. I assume they pressed publish too sign for some reason. Either that or I've completely lost the plot, which actually seems more likely than us signing a giant Gambian striker.
