THis vaccine is a great chance for all the leaders of the world's governments, leaders of their opposition and all other political parties to test the vaccine. If they all survive they can all turn round and tell us all that they have saved the world and we can have the vaccine safe in the knowledge that it has been tested. By doing the above it will also mean that it is tested on lots of different age groups and ethnicity.
There's a plan ---I won't hold my breath though!

Yes but that is not even the number of deaths in the UK and it has not been tested by the people who I suggested should test it.
According to the BBC:-

There is plenty of time for the world's leaders to show just how effective all this is by offering their services because it is all they seem to talk about these days.

Don't know just how far they'll push it BT, but I'm sure you're on the right lines. As 59 says, no one will be forced to have one, but if you do you'll be issued with a certificate, then try getting on a plane or ferry without that certificate
