Don't quite get the point you're making. Someone in America starts a rumour about a school in Scotland. School in Scotland says it's bollox. Some folks get in a tizzy cos some kids, who didn't do anything, might have done something for a laugh if they had thought of it, but it all originated in America and is a complete non-stoty.
