Aye, saw that .... apparently, in his defence he claimed he didn't catch it ... it was actually caught by his pet flying cat..... who dragged it home .... and he ate it assuming it was an unusually swanlike goose!

Shame for the lad he wasn't up in Dumbarton court. The jury wouldn't of been able to different between swans and geese and he'd of got a not guilty.
