I'd like to hope he's not biased...just completely and utterly inept.

This was the same ref that never gave us a penalty at Pittodrie against Hearts when one of their players stopped the ball on the line with his hand...red card and a penalty...
we all saw his ineptitude at Parkhead on Saturday...

This is also the same ref that gave a penalty to St Mirren against Motherwell when the ball hit McManus in the face.

He's just incompetent and the SFA should be ashamed having such a clown refereeing big games in this country.

What exactly do the Referee Supervisors do?[/quote]

They promote an ethos where inept/corrupt refs aren't weeded out and instead are defended to the hilt. To such an extent that many of them are prom

refs tend to give celtic decisions when they dont really need them or have no chance of benefitting from them.

and they give the buns decisions when they need them in tight league games or cup games.

they like to pretend that these things even themselves up.

i prefer the refs to get things right and award the penalty. we would have nought to lose if we lost this game.

rangers as always would have plenty to lose if they didnt get their decisions.
