I meet up regularly with several current and ex posters Geoff. Also use the wonders of the interweb and telephone to chat about all and sundry. The middle east is a hot topic of late, boosting sales of my Sisters book about her years in Baghdad a treat.
Never felt the need to use this forum to give publicity to my social life though.
Getting back on topic, the thread on FOL has developed into a cracking discussion with a lot of good points being made, particularly regarding the south stand.
Shame people don't have the time to read it
I have to say that with some of the outrageous posters on FOL ,it is probably not to the taste of some.
