What has that got to do with a thread about your debts? Unless you are making the point that despite claiming you are distancing yourselves from everything done in the of PFC you actually bask in it.

    Anyway what have PCFC won?

It might do in 27 years time but even then I'll have the comfort of knowing you'll go back to the old habits and financially screw it up.

This is good news for real football fans. A significant club and its fans has been put through the wringer and has now turned things around without a foreign banknote in sight. Portsmouth FC is the biggest fan-owned club in the land and can reasonably look forward to not having to use freebies, cast-offs and loanees. A lesson to foreign-owned clubs everywhere. I reckon Pompey will be in the Championship within 4 years. Onwards and upwards.

Like West Brom, Cardiff etc who lost out to a club who abused the rules to field teams they couldn't afford.

The whole 'we fans bought the club just to keep those nasty foreigners out' they trot out ad infinitum never fails to make me smile - I must have missed the queue of wealthy investors that formed along Frogmore Road when the club was up for sale.

I guess Trevor Birch must have been equally unobservant.

Still, if they say it enough times..

And, as principals of 'foreign owned clubs', I can only assume that messrs. Abramovich, Mansour and indeed Liebherr et al, aside from rueing such a missed opportunity, will all be rushing down the M275 to see just what lessons on running a football club can be learned from potless chancers, barrow-boys and property developers.

Sorry Papa, did you just put the word Liebherr in the same sentence as Mansour and Abramovich??? I was drinking my morning coffee at the time and it very nearly hit the VDU.

If nothing else, Ms Liebherr might like a trip down the M275 to have a look at a trophy cabinet.

Have you even got a trophy cabinet? Didn't it get sold during the last batch of stitching up local businesses and charities?

Besides, your club is only in its second season and has won nothing. What would there be to look at?

Funny how the usual suspects here continually quote poor little West Brom and Cardiff as victims of "cheating" Pompey, conveniently forgetting in the same campaign beating the then mighty Man U who had an arguably much better squad and home advantage and of course the Glaser debt situation. When you beat Pompey did you win against the odds? Were Pompey cheats only when they won.Maybe Pompey cheated their way all the way to a second FA Cup final then all the way to League 2. Perhaps its Pompey's form of original sin. Or then again your little green-eyed monsters.

For the record, your points have been done to death on here over the years so don't be surprised if you generate minimal if not no response. Give us a call when you have something interesting to say.

Cheers for the amusement though, I do love a bit of skate delusion after an excellent day.
