Thorne did some excellent stuff keeping the ball, winning it back when he lost it and made some good passes. OK he did give the ball away a few times but most players do this ( Hughes ?? ).
Thought Keogh was OK as well, and he clearly had the tougher of the Cb jobs having to look after Donaldson.

Overall we should be pleased to be unbeaten and coping with 4 missing midfielders is a challenge. The first half was frustrating with the frequent misplaced passes . But once Ince moved more into the middle he started to have a real effect on the game and the second half showed we can dominate a game in a way we haven't so far.

Defence hardly did nothing wrong tonight it was solid throughout the match, only reason we conceded was Baird not closing down to prevent the goal from happening.

Not sure that Christie is 'garbage' (saying nowt about Shotton after last time Paulo ;-) ), just don't think he's a fullback. Was crying out for Baird and Christie to swap positions. Christie decent going forward, completely inadequate defensively, Baird had his worst game in a Derby shirt, almost invisible.

Overall happy with 1-1 against a useful side who haven't lost at home since we beat them on Boxing Day. Clement spoke well afterwards, be really surprised if that elusive first win doesn't arrive next Saturday.

Unbeaten so far or eight points dropped? Depends which view of the 'glass' you have but I'm quite encouraged so far, we've dominated in three of the four league matches against decent sides, it'll come.
