There'l be no Warnock style comeback this time, just another manager with the same players firefighting, let AS develop these players to play how he wants, over the season, then yeh, judge him, come back and gloat if we go down if you like. The brutal truth of it is this, we're a very small fish in a massive pond and the expectations of some so called supporters are quite frankly ridiculous.
And the sharks in the pond are the agents!

I have just read all the posts on this thread once again and come to the conclusion that Millmoormagic is the only person who's opinion counts. I will be at NYS on Saturday wanting, in a positive way, my team to win. If we lose, I will not be gloating, I will be gutted! UTM. PS. Did you used to be a school bully

It's not positivity it's called stoicism. Millmoortragic is what some would called a numpty.

I find it amazing how if someone writes something that is critical they are told that it is wrong to criticise and are criticised for doing it.

I fear that the Rotherham United we know is being changed. The in your face, closing down, blood and guts hard working teams that we've seen being successful with in the past will not be seen whilst AS is our manager.

It's clear to see that this type of change should have happened over time and not a summer?

The old saying that if it's not broken don't fix it can't be used for The Millers because we flirted too close to the relegation trap door for two seasons. That team needed a few signings to strengthen it.

With the signing of other players during the next transfer window we could have continued to build and tweek the team.

It could have been so different with the same result in how the team was developed.

    That's a good point frog.

It's the same the other way round though if your positive your called deluded or blinkered or a die hard up TS arse.

Fact is some will be positive some negative if that's how it's been labelled.

I think the actual situation lies somewhere in the middle.

I've never understood why people are described as being negative just because they point out a few obvious flaws.
Anyone who has been to any of our away games this season must surely admit that we have been outplayed and out fought by the opposition every time and our manager hasn't seemed to know what to do about it.
Just for the record I will be absolutely gutted if we get relegated and gloating will be the last thing on mind.
I must confess though that I remain very concerned about a number of aspects of how the club is being run at the moment and fear it's going to be a long old season.
Please get a win tomorrow lads or the boo boys will be out in force.

Two insults in one line, well done, i won't stoop to your level, reading your post's you're obviously not worth it, now criticise by all means, be upset with the results lately by all means, but don't post on here that you know everything about football and give it the big "told you so", you've probably never been near a football in terms of kicking one, now crawl back in your negative hole with the rest of the negative, know nothing 'fans'

Everyone has the right to an opinion, and it depends on your point of view how you interpret it.

You could say people wanting AS out are in fact positive as any likely change could improve our situation.

Insults aside, I think the debate regarding Stubbs is quite interesting
