As far as I'm aware the software converts game time players data and gives players an overall rating , this data is then analysed to monitor emerging talent , a young player at Barnet's data will reveal improvement if it's there , his score will improve and if it continues to improve then he's highlighted as a potential recruit , accessed in seconds without the need to make 4 or 5 trips to Underhill that may not come to fruitition .
It also identifies players on the decline , the little 2 0r 3 percent that are ***** and can make the difference between a player who can improve you and one who wont .
If you are recruiting such as ourselves in a limited market , budget and an under 24 years of age emerging talent market its a bit of kit we embrace .
All the usual recruitment policies are followed up after its identified the target within our parameters , watched and credibility tested .
Given our success at finding young emerging talent of late as oppose to the days when we recruited lemons by the dozen , I'd suggest its a system rather more advanced than Wikipedia .
