Maybe it's the social block for the builders while they're there......have you actually been and asked about it?
To give you a helping hand I asked what it was. The response was its part of the new RUFC training facility. There are two more coming next week.....and they are permanent buildings. Well permanent until they rot.
And before you come back with your forensic line of questioning, there in NO planning permission for any permanent facility on that space. Incremental indeed.
New building went up yesterday according to Warney, they must be tall and for weights and Polly.

I suppose that's a matter of opinion but even the most ardent supporter would have to admit that a lot of the "behind the scenes" stuff is pretty amateurish.
However, I think the people in charge realise that a lot of things are unsatisfactory and are at last trying to do something about it.
The club doesn't own the training ground so any improvements to the facilities are unlikely to involve permanent structures.
I just hope that the plans they are putting in place will significantly enhance the training environment and the players will respond accordingly.
I did try to tell you in a roundabout way quite a while ago.
We don`t own Roundwood, there was never going to be `bricks & mortar`
I wouldn`t call them ideal or aesthetically pleasing to the eye, just an improvement.
At least Pollitt will be able to stand up in the new gymnasium.
The pitch the reserves play on is supposed to be in line for improvement. Let`s hope it improves the players...
Ps. They`re called Modular Buildings. ( Porta-Cabins to some people. )

the building wasn't suppose to be permanent anyway so I don't know what your point is
