    No team playing Mansfield is ever seen as the little club. But I would be happier with a team we can be expected to beat if we take the game seriously.

    An enjoyable cup tie, which if you view as 11 v 11 we should have won by two or three goals, but given that Belper were three levels below us they did themselves proud on and off the pitch. They caused us problems in the first and last few minutes, but for the rest of the game they couldn't get out of their own half. They defended well and made it hard for us to break them down, and due to a bit of luck and a very generous referee they managed to stay in the game until the end. Job done from our perspective, the main thing is that we are in the hat for the first round draw.

    To add input on whether Belper are amateur or part time. The answer, is neither.
    They are semi professional, they get paid for playing but are only required to train two times a week.
    They can also miss games if they are away on holiday.
