O/T - general election 2019

I never thought I would see the day when I personally, for the first time in my life, would not be voting Labour.

This is about Brexit but for me the way I have seen my town disintegrate into a ghost town awash with immigrants, yes I'm saying immigrants, and run by a Council who simply do not care. Don't get me started on the CSE that has brought shame to the town whilst those in charge knew what was happening and could have dealt with it earlier. I don't get why the folk of Rotherham would want labour to be in charge of our town the next time the elections are up to vote on.

Corbyn spouts crap and he is awash with false promises and statements of what Labour intend to do if elected. He hasn't even explained how Labour would fund all they have said will take place. Also a man who wants to remove our nuclear deterrent and wave an olive branch instead.

No enough is enough and going forward, Labour have lost my vote both as a party and more so locally come the next elections.
They have not respected a democratic vote to leave and that was the people's right to vote and leave the European Union. Given the chance they would quash the vote and remain totally disregarding a democratic vote that won!

Politicians, they're all in it for themselves with little regard for who voted them in. They don't listen they don't care. There is only one party for now, who are looking to get us out of the European Union and they are getting my vote.

Arent the tories getting you out of the EU though Brin - why aren't they enough?

Labour are pretty good at bending the truth.Promising students' fees would be abolished and after the election admitted they could not deliver that, after they had captured the youngster's votes which was disgaceful.The fact they were conning students and at the same time telling leavers that they would honour the referendum just to pinch votes was not very honest.If only we could get politicians to sit in a lie detetector chair as they spout their promiises.

You could say the exact same thing about the Libdems when Clegg shafted students. Jo Swinson was part of that Lib / Con coalition and voted on issues without giving a thought about future elections. Probably one of the reasons the electorate rejected them.
Abolishing student fees could be back in the next Labour Manifesto. If it is let’s be knowing how it will be funded.

Because it’s the only issue that matters at the moment? Yes there’s other issues but none of them will get sorted no matter who gets in power until brexits over.

He didn't have close associations with the Tories, that was pretty much made up.

He certainly wasn't a Tory peer.

Whereas Labour's Lord Ahmed is currently on trial for two cases of historical child abuse.
