Could see every team other than the Huns & Falkirk voting for it tbh. The Huns have probably already initiated the ****ing video call with The Fun & Falkirk to be the extra 2 clubs.

From all the info out there, it looks like ICT are going to be the deciding vote. What may swing a YES vote for them, is if league reconstruction is promised on the back of the vote, thus allowing them to be promoted with us.

When you look at it, this Funster ‘motion’ is likely to tip ICTs mind on today’s vote. Do they either vote Yes today and leave a chance for promotion through reconstruction with same League place money or No and wait for a motion that gives them the same money but NO chance of promotion. It’s a total no brainer so ironically this ludicrous idea could be the very thing that gets us over the line today.

The Huns proposal of giving out prize money without confirming the leagues, has been thrown out the window, regarded as 'incompetent' by the SPFL board.

"RANGERS have received confirmation from the SPFL board, that the SPFL’s legal adviser did not deem our Members Resolution as competent.

We prepared this update in advance of the scheduled SPFL board meeting this morning, in the full anticipation that the SPFL board would rule our proposed resolution was not competent.

As a member club, we sought assistance from the SPFL Executive on several occasions yesterday, to ensure our resolution was deemed competent. For the avoidance of doubt, no advice was forthcoming prior to the meeting starting.

Now that the SPFL have belatedly identified the reason why our members resolution was not competent, we will immediately resubmit our resolution, based upon their advice. If this advice had been forthcoming earlier, we would not have lost valuable time in this process. We are confused as to why attempts have been made to slow the progress of Rangers’ resolution.

Over the last 36 hours, we have received numerous reports from fellow Scottish clubs relating to attempts to coerce and bully them into voting for the SPFL’s own resolution. We are proud that many fellow clubs will stand strong and not be swayed.

Our resolution was simply intended to urgently address the financial hardship faced by clubs whilst allowing more time to discuss and evaluate all options for completing this season, in line with UEFA advice. This is in the interest of every football club in Scotland and the wider Scottish game.

We trust that when we resubmit our resolution, no impediments will be placed in the way of clubs voting on this matter in a swift manner."

    Very nervous about this now.

The fun are making a mockery of themselves. It’s low even by their shambolic standards

We are voting No because we want promotion.

Our proposal is for no promotion

    What!?!!!!!!

ICT can get promoted by securing 2nd and league reconstruct - makes sense they might hold out to see what promises they can get from spfl for their vote

The play offs gave ICT a 1 in 4 chance - a semi and final- if they got second which was not guaranteed. The chances of league reconstruction are probably greater than 25% are hearts will obviously be backing that - could only see Sevco opposing

It is all on ICT now.

Main thing is that new season wants to start on time and no other way we can finish season with virus risk to health and the strain on nhs of playing matches

"Stand up if you hate Dundee"

I used to say is it all right if I only pity them.

    This might change my opinion.

SPFL shirking responsibility too of course. Why such a convoluted voting criteria.
