We both know point B makes no difference whatsoever. 🤣

They didn't, however it depends what's in the French leagues rule book as to how the ending of the season should've been carried. Do they have the power to do it without a vote? I don't know.

The fairest thing to do was complete the season, phuck reconstruction and all the votes. The Scottish Government has invited the SPFL to start up again from Monday BTW.

It absolutely does though, if our argument is that the rule book was followed. The team that finishes bottom is replaced by the team that finishes top of the league below. If their argument is that the vote was corrupt then the court case should have been the first option and not the last resort after all the reconstruction *******s.

Well that is true for sure. Far too quick in deciding to end the leagues away back in April. We all know who's fault that is though.

At the moment we aren't even sure if season 20/21 can start on time even now. So how can anyone be at fault for cancelling the end of season 19/20

The thing is though, most teams in Scotland could not afford the cost of all the testing regularly needed to finish the league, certainly without normal income, and I doubt the powers that ge would fund it!!!

As others have said, the clubs agreed to end the season early, not the powers that be.
