2 weeks ago, the yoons were mocking Scotland's 5 tier system which started at level 0. Now the English press have been told not to call this national lockdown a national lockdown or Tier 4, it's to be called "look, I'm a ****, I've phukked it up, can you stay at home for a month and bail me out" measures

Each devolved Government is responsible for deciding its own rules regarding how to deal with this current Covid-19 pandemic.
That is why it is a shambles with Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland going it alone.
In my opinion the whole of the UK entered the National Lockdown together on Monday 23rd March 2020 and the whole of the U.K. should be deciding together at the same time what rules are going to be enforced with exactly the same number of Tiers.
