He only puts his arms down fully a split second before it’s kicked, during the run up his arms are up

When the ref blows his whistle for the penalty his arms should be down

You can see from the pictures I posted his arms are down, hes in a crouch (grist) and hes on the move the moment before the kick is taken.

Hmm..looking at the position of the kicker it does suggest that Blackman should be in a more crouched, ready to dive position.

But hey, I'm no keeper and we are talking split seconds here.

There's a picture of him 2 hours before this where hes on the coach.

They never do when it's to our benefit
