Game of two halves, eh? Really poor 1st half and really good 2nd half - had we had forwards who could score (Grant), we could have won it.
But, will we now start taking points and winning games vs lesser opposition!? Because, if we don’t, this and the Man C point won’t matter.

You have to say that was a well earned point. Big Sam making his mark already. Clipperty Klopp was getting really frustrated because we were the better team in the second half and he was expecting a cricket score. I have to admit the one thing Big Sam will give the lads is belief. They played with it today. Would have loved to be in the dressing room at half time. Great result. I'm getting messages from my mates saying any team in the Prem would dream of a draw at Liverpool these days.

I actually thought Grant did ok today. Yes he missed the chance 1 on 1 .... but his pace created which was good to see. Also thought he held the ball up better than of late ..... and brought on a few fouls which took the pressure off

Phillips has surprised me a lot recently, playing in a more defensive role surprisingly suits him he has good awareness and physicality.
